DO……

-Keep the palate very mainstream.

DON’T…..

-Be too spicy, too greasy, too salty

DO….

-Provide a wide variety. 

DON’T….

-Provide a narrow menu that does not accommodate dietary needs such as Vegetarian/Vegan or Gluten Free.

DO….

-Include all the “little stuff”.....set-ups, beverages.

DON’T….

-Forget the dessert !!!!
